Mileage and deposits, explained upfront
Every rental includes free mileage. A refundable security deposit is required and remains separate from the rental total.

Is my rental confirmed when I submit the online form?
No. The online form sends a rental request. Value Plus reviews vehicle availability, insurance, documents, and deposit status before confirming the rental.
What documents are required for review?
Customers are asked for a valid driver license, insurance card, and proof of address. Value Plus may request additional information before approval.
Is the security deposit part of the rental total?
No. The refundable security deposit is collected separately from rental charges. The standard deposit is $300 for cars and $400 for SUVs, vans, and larger vehicles.
How many miles are included?
Daily rentals include 100 miles per rental day. Weekly rentals include 1,000 miles total, made up of 700 weekly miles plus a 300-mile bonus.
